Q: Is there camping at Earth Day Jam?
A: Yes, we do have camping available. The camping pass is $5.00 on our Eventbrite ticket link. Please purchase there and message us to reserve your spot. Be prepared to fill out a Hold Harmless and Camping registration at the ticket gate.
Q: Is there hookup and power for RVS?
A: We do not provide hookup and power for RVS. Please message us to assure that we have enough room for your RV or camper.
Q: Are dogs allowed?
A: We love all animals! But, unfortunately, no. Dogs are not allowed, unless they are service animals.
Q: Can I bring a cooler?
A: Coolers and outside beverages are not permitted in the main festival area.
Q: Is there anything else prohibited that I shoud know about?
A: Illegal substances, firearms, and fireworks are also prohibitted.
Q: Am I allowed to leave and come back to the festival?
A: We understand if you need to leave and would like to return. Just check in with staff at the main gate before you leave to get your re-admittance ticket.
Q: Is food available at the festival?
A: Yes! We will have 4 great local food trucks on site. One offers vegan options. We also have 2 dessert trucks... One offering natural organic cane sugar shaved ice. Most accept debit/credit cards.
Q: Are alcoholic beverages available at the festival?
A: United Beverage of NC is one of our sponsors and will have an 8 tap trailer on site. Local craft beer, Miller Lite, and a cider. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR ID TO PURCHASE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES! NO EXCEPTIONS! Staff will be checking identification at the main entrance ticket gate.
Q: Is there Wifi at the farm?
A: This year we are not able to offer Wifi. We plan to add this in the future as Earth Day Jam grows.
Q: Are we allowed to have fires at our campsite?
A: We will have one central burn pit. Small above ground fire pits will be permitted. However, please put our your fire completely out and dispose of properly on the central fire pit. We have had issues in the past with the tractor running over leftover logs from fires. It caused the tractor some damage and cost a lot of money to fix. We do not want this to happen again. Please be considerate and respectful.
Q: Is the festival accessible to those with a disability?
A: We have special parking available for those with disabilities and/or handicaps. We also have 2 handicap accessible portable toilets on site.
The show continues rain or shine. Concerts are rarely cancelled due to weather. However, in the event of dangerous weather, such as lightning or tornado warnings, patrons are advised to exit the festival grounds. Program and artists are subject to change without notice. No refunds or exchanges are available for weather based cacellations. Management reserves the right to refuse admission, or eject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly or intrusive upon the enjoyment of others.
